depends on the needs of the specific project. Normally a
NaikEnviro team comprises a Project engineer who is the

engineer, a civil engineer, an electrical engineer/ Sr.
technician and lab. analyst/s. An instrumentation engineer
joins the team in case of automatic/computer controlled
systems.

sessions are held and a refined offer is submitted if necessary. |

the proposal results in an order, NaikEnviro team gets busy
with detailed design and drawings. Further lab. studies
are conducted if needed for refinement of design. Site constraints

procurement team sources the best available material and bought-outs

Standard
quality control norms are re-visited with specific project
requirements in view. Procedures and documentation are frozen
and the project team is briefed. NaikEnviro professionals
meet at 930 hours every morning for review, planning and
information transfer.

Fabrication
and assembly is carried out with strict quality control.

inspection by clients helps enhance their familiarity with

The
final inspection is planned out well in advance to enable
all concerned to be present from both sides. Shipment is
done by NaikEnviro through their regular transport carriers.

Installation
of NaikEnviro systems is fairly simple and is a matter of
a week or two. Commissioning too is quite speedy and testing
is carried out using Merck or Hach microprocessor-based
spectrophotometers and the continuous BOD analyser for wastewater
treatment plants.

Training
for the user consists of class-room sessions with well designed
audio visuals and hands-on training for operators at the
plant. Each training programme concludes with engineer and
operator certification tests and plant handing over.

NaikEnviro
warrantee service team visits the installation during the
warrantee period for providing further guidance to the users
and free servicing of the plant. Samples are drawn and tested
as needed during the warrantee period.

A
review meeting is held on completion of the warrantee service
and suggestions from the client are noted for future incorporation
and action.
